The property address, a rough idea of what you want to achieve, your budget range and your timescale. If you have a title plan, an existing floor plan, an estate agent’s brochure or a previous refusal notice, those are all useful — but nothing is essential for a first conversation.

The initial 30-minute advice call is free, and depending on your postcode initial advice on the project is also free. We will always give you a written fee proposal before any chargeable work begins.

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day. If your project is time-critical — an expiring consent, a purchase deadline, an enforcement notice — say so in your message and we will prioritise it.
